Our special guest will be freshman Rep. Kristi Noem. Named one of Time Magazine’s “40 Under 40″ rising stars of American politics, Noem was elected in the 2010 “Tea Party” takeover of the House. She is South Dakota’s only House member and serves as the freshman class liason to Republican House Leadership. Her committee assignmentss are Agriculture, Natural Resources and Education and Workforce.
