The Local Elections Committee typically evaluates city council candidates, while the new Endorsements Committee has been charged with evaluating federal and state candidates. This committee is joining forces for 2012, and it’s a great way for members to get involved in the 2012 elections at every level. The work of the committees is very important, as the endorsements that they recommend to the Board and/or general membership are ultimately published in the Club’s Voter Guide prior to each election. Meets every first Wed., noon-1 p.m. Lunch is served.
