Author of the new book, “Eureka!: The Way to Fix California”

Arthur Laffer is best known for his influence in triggering a worldwide tax-cutting movement in the 1980s  as one of President Ronald Reagan’s chief economic advisors. His  most recent book, Eureka!, provides a true economic roadmap for the rehabilitation of California through actionable solutions. Laffer also looks at other states to endorse practical policies that have resulted in strong economic growth.

This reception will benefit the Stop Special Interest Money Now initiative, which Laffer has endorsed. The November statewide initiative will stop the flow of special-interest money from corporations and unions to Sacramento politicians. Analysts are already branding it a battle that could “change the balance of power” in Sacramento. Your support of this event and the initiative will be a big step toward finally fixing California.
